Deadlines are very
important to us in order to make timely program preparations. However, we
realize that unexpected circumstances can arise and that the collection of
sponsorship may take longer than expected. Therefore, extensions on due dates
are available when needed. If you need an extension, please call or email the
pageant offices and request a new due date before your listed due date. Some
deadlines cannot be extended; however, we will work with you on those that can. Do I have to sell ads for program books?
A: No, you do not. You may use a hair and make-up
artist . No
one besides staff, and 1 family member for the preteen division only, will be allowed in the dressing rooms or
backstage at any time. This means no hair/make-up artists, family members, or
guests. This rule will be strictly enforced. You can have your own
hair/make-up artist, however, your appointments with hair/make-up artists MUST
NOT interfere with production rehearsals, pageant events, or the actual
pageant competition. Delgates are expected to be on time and attend all
scheduled events and rehearsals.
A: Absolutely not! Each contestant in our
pageant is judged individually, and not a specific body measurement.

hotel throughout the duration of the pageant activities. Staying at the
host hotel helps to make your pageant experience more enjoyable since all of the events will be held at the Double
